This VR experience brought back so many memories. I used to wait in line for HOURS to go on this five minute Universal Ride and now you are able to watch the Back to the Future Ride experience in VR.

You are Marty McFly seated in the DeLorean and Doc Brown speaks to you from an old CRT TV. You are on some kind of mission to travel through space and time to beat out Biff.

The video transfer of the footage is a bit rough. They had to transfer it from VHS tapes and put this into VR. So you are seated inside a 3D DeLorean car, but the 180 degree video in front of you sometimes screws with your eyes and seems to be inside the car. This kind of bad 3D spatial effect can give people headaches.

Still, this experience helped me relive my childhood without having to wait hours in line for my favorite ride, so I appreciate that they brought this into VR.
