One step closer to real lightsabers!

My roommate has been working in after effects to transform PVC pipe swords into lightsabers, and it is pretty cool that we have the technology to do this from home.

But now, we are one step closer to having them in real life! While I am not a fan of Star Wars, having real lightsabers is a pretty cool and kind of scary prospect. I certainly would have taken off several of my own limbs if that PVC pipe had been a real lightsaber but fortunately, I am still here. In the future, I might not be so lucky…
